Support Connection is the first of three levels of NDIS support coordination. It is a short-term service focused on building your ability to understand, navigate, and engage with your NDIS plan and funded supports. While it doesn’t involve long-term case management or crisis response, it equips you with the tools and confidence needed to manage your plan independently.

If you find that you need more ongoing assistance, Aus Care CS can continue supporting you through:

  • Level 2 Coordination of Supports: for participants with more complex service arrangements who need consistent support across multiple services.
  • Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination: for participants with high-level risks, challenging life circumstances, or intensive support needs.

We’ll work with you to determine the most suitable path based on your evolving needs.
