Our Journey With the NDIS

We are a registered NDIS provider supporting participants across Sydney and NSW since 2016. From day one, we’ve been committed to doing things the right way, no shortcuts, just genuine, ethical support.

Since then, we’ve grown to support participants and families across Sydney and NSW. With years of experience behind us, we know the NDIS inside and out, and we’re here to guide you with confidence and care.

At Aus Care Community Services, our mission is to deliver inclusive NDIS services, built around each participant’s own goals, that help people with disability live with confidence, choice and purpose. Through our Energy, we bring positivity and commitment to every interaction. With Empathy, we listen and understand each person’s unique journey. Our Identity

Our identity is represented through the symbolism of our logo and name. At Aus Care Community Services, our logo reflects our values and our pride in being part of Australia. The tree, in green, represents growth, renewal, and resilience, qualities that embody both our nation and the strength of people living with disability. Green is also a symbol of life and inclusiveness, reminding us that every person has a place and purpose in our community.

At the centre is a golden leaf with a radiant light shining outward. This light represents the visibility and inclusiveness of people with disabilities. While disability can sometimes be unseen, the light reminds us that every individual has their own brilliance and contribution that shines through.

Together, the green tree and golden light reflect our commitment to supporting our local community, where every person is valued.

Meaningful Support

From daily living assistance to NDIS navigation, intellectual and physical disability support, respite (as part of Home and Living Supports), and opportunities for community participation, we provide services that adapt to each stage of life. We work closely with participants and their families to ensure that support is not only practical, but also meaningful and aligned with personal goals.

Reach Out

We are proud to support participants NSW-wide, with Care Navigators who know the NDIS and the local service system. Our service areas include Blacktown, Campbelltown, Concord, Liverpool, Newcastle, Parramatta and Wollongong, and surrounding areas including Canterbury-Bankstown, Cumberland, Georges River and Inner West, as well as regional NSW, including Lismore and Nowra. Across every location, our mission remains the same: to deliver care that uplifts, empowers, and respects. Every service we provide is built on the foundation of choice, trust, and connection, ensuring that participants feel safe, understood, and supported.
