We welcome feedback from participants, families, carers and referrers. Compliments, suggestions and complaints all help us improve.
How to Give Feedback or Make a Complaint

You can ask someone to help you, such as a family member, friend or advocate. You can also give feedback anonymously.
What Happens Next
We’ll acknowledge your feedback or complaint, look into it fairly, and let you know the outcome. We’ll keep your information confidential. Making a complaint won’t affect the supports you receive.

If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your complaint, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission:

Help to Make a Complaint
If you need help, you can contact an independent disability advocate, or ask for an interpreter through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450.
