Our experienced NDIS team works alongside participants, families and carers to understand individual needs, identify appropriate pathways and connect people with suitable NDIS, community and mainstream supports. Where funded Support Coordination is available, our Support Coordination team can provide support in line with the participant’s NDIS plan.
